Mark J. Eberly, P.E., C.C.E.
President
Mr. Eberly is directly responsible for maintaining the schedules and budgets for projects in Land Development, and is further responsible for directing project engineers toward preparation of a professional, economical and effective set of plans and specifications for each individual project.
Jon S. McDaniel, P.L.S.
Secretary - Treasurer
Principal - Land Surveying
Mr. McDaniel is the Principal in charge of Surveys and his responsibilities are the supervision and coordination of all field surveys including client consultation, estimation, research, invoicing and follow up.
James D. Jones, P.E.
Vice President
Project Manager
Mr. Jones has 28 years of experience in land development throughout the greater Denver Metropolitan area. He is Vice President of EMK Consultants, Inc and has been with the firm for 25 years.
Barry O. Moore, P.E.
Project Manager & Vice President
Mr. Moore has 30 years experience in land development in the Denver Metropolitan Area. He has been registered as a professional engineer since 1980 and has been at EMK since 1983.
Eric R. McDaniel, P. E.
Project Engineer & Vice President
As a design team leader, Mr. McDaniel and his team members are involved with a project from its conception through completion of construction.
Stephen H. Harding, P.L.S.
Manager of Surveys & Vice President
Mr. Harding has 28 years of surveying experience; 14 years as a licensed surveyor. He has been in responsible charge of boundary, cadastral retracement, control, aerial, hydrographic mapping and construction surveys, both in the field and office. He currently supervises the scheduling and procedures of the field surveyors and office calculation staff.
Gary A. Walter, P. E.
Project Engineer
Mr. Walter’s responsibilities encompass all phases of land development and site improvements: Site inspection, layout, preparing construction plans, utility studies, preparing drainage studies, all within the Client’s best interest and project schedules.
