Professional Experience

Mr. McDaniel is the Principal in charge of Surveys and his responsibilities are the supervision and coordination of all field surveys including client consultation, estimation, research, invoicing and follow up. He has supervised and participated in all types of land and construction surveys including section breakdowns, boundaries, lot surveys, ALTA/ACSM - Land Title surveys; land survey plats; improvement and as-built surveys; architectural surveys; building and structure layout; topographic mapping; design surveys and cross-sections; subdivision, multi-family and commercial center construction surveys; aerial photo control; vertical monitoring and removal and replacement solutions for drainage and other construction problems.

He has supervised the calculation, drafting, and preparation of legal descriptions; record plats; P.U.D. documents; preliminary plats; exemption survey plats; zoning and annexation maps; condominium maps; plot plans, improvement surveys and grading certificates; architectural and topographic surveys; boundary, lot, ALTA/ACSM-Land Title surveys and land survey plats.

As a Project Manager, he has supervised and scheduled all survey crews necessary to develop parcels of land in the metro area; coordinated construction with governmental agencies; inspected contractor's compliance; prepared quantity takeoffs and approved disbursements.

Mr. McDaniel has been surveying since 1965 and has been registered since 1974.
