Professional Experience

Mr. Eberly is directly responsible for maintaining the schedules and budgets for projects in Land Development, and is further responsible for directing project engineers toward preparation of a professional, economical and effective set of plans and specifications for each individual project. He coordinates the design and approval process for land development projects including the design of streets, sanitary sewer collection systems, water distribution systems, grading plans, drainage reports and storm sewer facilities. He coordinates with other consultants on the design team in areas concerning soils, traffic, and structural-bridge engineering.
